5" top for a sincair competition front rest ?

suggestions for a source for a 5" TOP ?

Is if for a rifle with a 5 inch for end or a 5 inch wide bag.

i am building a long range target rifle.
i have the option for a 5" forearm, but want to ensure i can get
a 5" top at a reasonable price( as in not an entire rest to get 5")
