My guess would be very little or none. CMP guns may be used a little more and there may be a possibility that the bolt serial number doesn't match the gun, but a good gunsmith should be able to take care of that.
 
To agree with Beau and to add to his reply, the CMP may also be unfired as some were unfired. Also I received several 40X from the CMP that had matching serial numbers on bolt and receiver. If you are thinking of purchasing a 40X you would get a bargain if it is discounted because it is U.S. marked on the receiver.
