404 site not on this server message

Since Thursday or Friday I've gotten "404 error, site not on this server" messages when trying to log onto BR Central forums. I can get on by going to BR Central and clicking on the forum there though. Very strange to a computer dummy like me. Is anyone else having this problem?

Can you copy me what is in the browser address bar/line when it gives the 404 error?

Wilber, I had the same message. The address in my browser bar was

http://www.benchrest.com/forums/

If I change it to

http://benchrest.com/forum.php

It works fine. This is the address that appears in the browser bar when you navigate from the home page to the forums. Then just add this to your favorites and delete the old one.

OK, that explains a lot!

That address was where the old/old/old forum pages were and the redirect musta quit working. I better go fix that one or it will plague folks to no end.
