3" Forearm Plate for rifle

A couple of years ago I bought a couple of 3" black aluminum plates to put on the forearms of my 12BVSS Savages, which had round forearms. This allowed them to fit in my 3" front rest. These did not come from Sinclair. They had no name on them. The bottom plate was black aluminum with a hole in it to mount to the sling mount screw hole with a countersunk Allen screw. There were two side plates which adjusted to fit the stock. All three plates had cork strips which kept the plates from slipping on the stock. I am trying to locate the supplier for a shooting friend. As far as I remember the units came from a shooting supply in Pennsylvania. All help appreciated.
