25 Plus States Declaring Sovereignty!

Those of you who haven't looked into this new stimulus bill may not be aware of what's going on. Please read H.R. 45. This new set of gun control laws makes it necessary to register all firearms, old and new. You will also have to license all firearms. Failure to do either will result in a prison sentence and huge fines. You will also have to pass a (probably rigged) psychological evaluation. Even if you follow the law to the letter on this, you can be inprisoned for up to 5 years and pay a fine up to $250,000 if you don't report an address change within 60 days to the Attorney General.

Because of all the crap in this new bill, many states are declaring sovereignty. As individuals, we must stand behind this. If your state hasn't already declared sovereignty, you should call all of your friends that own guns and get them to read H.R. 45. Then everyone needs to get in contact with our state reps and follow all steps to get this process started.

You can google "21 states" and find a list of all states that are participating. After you click on the link, you will find another more up to date link that will list all states envolved. New Mexico isn't declaring sovereignty at this time, so let's work on it. If you live in a state that isn't, you'd better get busy.

Obama is already working on signing the USA over to the UN. If we don't fight this, we may soon find ourselves under martial law.

To my understanding H.R. 45 was sneaked into the Stimulus package.

Haven't heard this....would find it hard to believe & would have been in the main stream news by now.

Not a chance in he//......

Declare sovereignty??.......................and lose out on BILLION$ in stimuli$ money. NO WAY

I believe this action has come a couple decades too late....the Fed has been forcing unfunded mandates on the states for years.

In so far as this bill relating to the 2nd amendment........some states listed that supposedly declared sovereignty are:

CA,CO,HI,ME,MI,NH,PA,WA

are among the most liberal in the nation.....and as such their elected officials would WELCOME more restrictive firearm ownership.

Let's keep informed through NRA, CRKBA, GOA and other 2nd amendment advocates.........and not through web-blogs.

Another new Tax

TAX

At first I thought this was funny...then I realized the awful truth of it. Be sure to read all the way to the end!

Tax his land,
Tax his bed,
Tax the table
At which he's fed.

Tax his tractor,
Tax his mule,
Teach him taxes
Are the rule.

Tax his work,
Tax his pay,
He works for peanuts
Anyway!

Tax his cow,
Tax his goat,
Tax his pants,
Tax his coat.

Tax his ties,
Tax his shirt,
Tax his work,
Tax his dirt.

Tax his tobacco,
Tax his drink,
Tax him if he
Tries to think.

Tax his cigars,
Tax his beers,
If he cries Tax his tears.

Tax his car,
Tax his gas,
Find other ways
To tax his ass.

Tax all he has
Then let him know
That you won't be done
Till he has no dough.

When he screams and hollers,
Then tax him more,
Tax him till
He's good and sore.

Then tax his coffin,
Tax his grave,
Tax the sod in
Which he's laid.

Put these words
upon his tomb,
'Taxes drove me to my doom...'

When he's gone,
Do not relax,
It's time to apply
The inheritance tax.

The Facts

I wasn't going to post anymore on this subject because most just blew it off. I have already admited that I was wrong about the H.R. 45 bill being rolled up in the stimulus package. The source was state rep. Dan Itse of NH. He was mistaken. The fact is the H.R. 45 bill was last introduced to the house in Jan. 6, 2009 and the last action was on Feb 9, 2009 when it was referred to the Subcommittee on Crime, Terrorism, and Homeland Security. This is not a dead issue.

I was not wrong about states decaring sovereignty. This is a good thing. It's about time our state reps. say "NO" to a lot of the laws and regulations the Feds. are pushing on us. If H.R. 45 did pass, it could simply be shot down at the state level. We can and will stand on our constitutional rights.

You say states are already sovereign. Yes you are right, but just like the 5th amendment gives you the right to remain silent, the state also has to exercise the rights of the 10th amendment. These rights must be declared and envoked by the states.

I will state the facts with reputable sources, bill numbers, and dates. I will provide links so anyone interested can read this for themselves. I will break down the quote below to show that it isn't totally correct.

First of all "No way in He//" - Of course not, I meant in the USA

Lose out on Billions - I never said "Secession", I said "Sovereignty"

Action too late, Feds been forcing unfunded mandates on us for years - Sovereignty allows the states to amend and appeal crap that the feds have pushed on the states from the past, better late than never.

States he listed are just a few - I will list some that he didn't.

Web-blogs - I will give you links that are .gov and .us

I will not list all of them because some are pdf files, but I will provide 7 that are not in the list above. Take notice of the dates. This is happening right now.

There are a lot more states that are in the planning stages. If your state is not working on this, you can get people involved calling state reps. New Mexico is not currently on the list. I have called 3 state reps. and talked to others to get something moving on this. If you want to know if your state is working on this, click on the link below.

I do not claim to be any kind of political expert, nor am I trying to argue about this. I am simply trying to provide you with reliable sources.

Let's all be happy about a potentially better future in the US. We need to stand together to protect and preserve our constitutional rights.

We also as match shooters can't allow serial numbers on bullets. They want to make it illegal for us to handload ammunition. Do we really want to compete at BR matches with factory loads that we can't afford in the first place?

Anything about increased gun control would be about the last thing that the mainstream media would report because that would get us all writing letters, making phone calls, and sending e-mails to the boys and girls in DC. About the only time the mainstream media reports anything on gun control is if something like the "assault weapons ban" is going to be rescinded. Then they soil themselves, act like the world is about to end, and the streets will soon be awash in the blood of innocents.

The only ones who will let us know about any gun control measures in time to do anything are the NRA, SAF, GOA, and other gun rights organizations. Those groups and many (but unfortunately not all) individual shooters are the only ones who give a hoot about our rights.

It's also very funny (and not ha, ha funny either) that the ACLU and others carry on about the "separation of church and state" from a letter by Thomas Jefferson, but make no mention of another statement of his about owning and using firearms being a great builder of character and responsibility and something to be encouraged. Gee, I wonder why that is?

Michael-----From your Washington Post article:

"States are free to opt out of this and many other federal programs by not accepting federal money...in exchange for federal regulations.
States must decide if the federal dollars are worth the strings attached to them."

And I predict , since most elected officials are spineless, not ONE State will refuse federal money at this time........therefore... NO state will exercise it's sovereignty.

But, I hope I'm wrong in my prediction.....I was way off back in Nov.

Petition for Sovereignty

I have just started an e-petition for New Mexico Sovereignty. Here is a link to the petition if you want to sign it. This requires no paper, pin, or printer. It's totally an electronic petition. You should probably be from the state of NM for this to count, but not certain.

Mr. Dietz, I really liked.........

your poem, I laughed 'til I cried.........which didn't take long. The reason all these taxes are in place, is because our government, fed, state, local, has appropriated all our property, and we are now, not citizens, but "customers" and "taxpayers" and "residents". They did this through the social security act. Thanks again, I enjoyed it. It was true, but still sad.

Georgia has also declared sovereignty, but I agree the politicians are so corrupt at this point they aren;t gonna turn down the federal money because of a few "strings"
