24x or 36x for RF BR

I have a choice between a Sightron 24x scope or a Leupold 36X scope for my new rimefire BR gun. Which power is most popular in 50-100yd BR shooting nowadays? Is the 24x acceptable?

Choices....

For BR use, get the 36X Leupold and don't look back. That IS the scope of choice.

The 24 will work, but, the 36 is much better.

Oh well. I have one of each spare here. It looks like I will stick the 36x on and use the 24x on my spare F class rifle.

My vote is for the 36x but I'm 59yrs old and need all the help I can muster up. Besides you can read your target better.
