i just asked x caliber on their barrel bore it's 237.
What i have noticed is that with a 237 you need a hotter load for some reason.
I just went through the same dilemma for barrel dia. and talked to a barrel maker about it. He said if you are going for the 1:8 twist you should go with .237 and the 1:14 or 1:13.5 twist barrels pretty much all go with .236 dia.
A reply to my own post:
A "Cut Rifling" guy told me that the .236 came about when the "Button Pullers" used worn out buttons=
I decided to go with a Bartlein .237 with a 1:8.

You might want to read the "bullet puller" post. I do believe that.236 is SMALLER than .237.Wow, I learned something here. A worn out button makes LARGER diameter bbl. Magic. I must have missed something.
