22lr rifle: building informations

Hello,
I'm writing from Italy, and I would ask some advices to build a match competitive 22 lr rifle:
I have a Hall action, and a leonard or Mc Millann edge stock, but I do not have any informations about barrels (length and diameters/contour ecc ecc) and informations about reamer (type of reamers and measure of freebore ecc.ecc.) to make the chamber.
Please, can you help me about it?

I spoke with Dave Kiff at PTG about reamers for my gun a few weeks ago and he highly reccomends the Win 52D or the Eley EPS reamer. An e mail or phone call to him about your specific chambering needs would be a good Idea.

Benchmark, Lilja or Shilen barrels seem to make it to the top of most equipment lists these days. Benchmark is in Arlington, WA. They offer a reverse taper contour that is popular, most I see are measure .825 to .875 at the muzzle. They also offer a 2 groove barrel. The majority of rifles I see are a 16 or 17 twist.
