22lr rifle : building informations

Hello,
I'm writing from Italy, and I would ask some advices to build a match competitive 22 lr rifle:
I have a Hall action, and a leonard or Mc Millann edge stock, but I do not have any informations about barrels (length and diameters/contour ecc ecc) and informations about reamer (type of reamers and measure of freebore ecc.ecc.) to make the chamber.
Please, can you help me about it?

I don't know what barrel you have access to in Italy, I think Lilja exports some of their barrels. I'm not sure about the other barrel makers here in the USA. If you will give Dan Lilja a call he can give you that information. I've had good results with the Lilja 4-groove tight bore barrels and I think Lilja can supply you with the correct reamer with that barrel's bore size.
