I need to purchase a .22 long rifle cylinder for a Ruger single six. Please help me as to where I can purchase one.

I'd try rimfire central, there's a hell of a lot of Ruger guys that hang out over there.

If he did, he would be told that they do not sell that part. They require that cylinders be fit at the factory.
