.22 copper bullets?

Is anyone besides Barnes making .22 cal "no lead" bullets.

Has anyone tried shooting all copper bullets in a Hornet?

Yes I live in California's no lead zone and I have just been given exclusive squirrel hunting rights on two ranches within a couple of miles from my house!

At this time Barns has a corner on the market

What isa the twist rate of your Hornet? Barns just produces a new "Green Tip" bullet for .224 55gr bullet that requires a twist of "9" or faster.
 
Don't waste your money.

Barnes Varmint grenades 36g won't shoot out of my 1 in 14 22 Hornret, but shoot just like any other quality bullet out of my 1 in 12, 223rem 700 and 1 in 14 220Swift. Murphy.;)
 
Green Tip

Checked out the Barns site listed price for "Green Tip bullets was just under $27 bucks. That's typical price these days.
