It’s time to start thinking about the East/West Shootout that coming on27/28 June. Hopefully all this virus stuff is over by then and we can get back to normal. I have attached the flyer/registration form in both Word and PDF Format for your convenience. Pre-Registration is appreciated!! Match fee is $50 per day. Total match fee is $100 if paid in advance. Payment may be made at registration just prior to the match but a late registration fee of $20 will be applied. Checks should be made out to Bench Rest Rifle Club or just BRRC and mailed to: East/West Shootout Bench Rest Rifle Club 2280 Kohn Rd. Wright City, MO 63390
Practice will be held on Wednesday the 24th thru Friday the 26th at 5PM. We are planning on three relays using the middle section of the range. We will be rotating half the number of benches used after the yardage change. Reloading will take place in the barn leaving the clubhouse free for those visiting and eating. Lunches will be available for purchase Friday thru Sunday at the clubhouse. Breakfast will be available on Saturday and Sunday.
Camping spaces are available for $10 nightly and reloading trailer spaces for $5 a day by contacting Harry Ward at kg5eg@yahoo.com or (618) 567-1661 If requested by email please indicate the length of your camper or loading trailer and the service required. Such as 30 or 50 amp. Souvenir shirts will be available for those wanting one but will only be available with advanced registration and payment. Cost of the shirt will be $20.
