Today marks the opening of the 2015 Cactus Classic. We surprised everyone this morning with a range dedication ceremony to Walt Berger for his years of dedication to the Benchrest Shooting Sport. This dedication was complete with a color guard, the national anthem played by Dr. Jesse McGuire, fireworks and a four plane flyover.
Thursday and Friday's practice sessions both had quite a few gusts of wind, so shooters were glad to see that the wind calmed down today to normal conditions for Ben Avery. So far Gary Ocock is in the lead for the Aggregate with 0.2015" with Ed Adams and Richard Brensing right behind him.
