Saturday was unusually cool and cloudy for Midland. we had fairly light, but switching winds for LV and HV100.

Sunday's conditions were light again for the HV200 agg but turned out of the south and picked up speed for most of LV200.

When we went from the 100 yard LV to the 100 yard HV, one of our shooters evidently had a seizure and collapsed hitting his head pretty hard on the concrete. An ambulance was called and his wife contacted. For future matches at Midland, an emergency contact person and number has been added to the registration form. You don't think of something like this happening, but every host club needs a way to get in touch with a spouse or friend in case an emergency like this happens. Fortunately, he is a local shooter and Charles and Mike loaded up his equipment and took it home to him. He was doing well, although a little shaky and has an appointment to find out what happened. Hopefully, it was just from dehydration. I with held his name on purpose.
