I noticed that Billy Stevens used a CST action. I had never heard of one so I looked it up. They are not your fathers benchrest action, they are Different, with a capital D. So I guess Col. Billy is not a lemming.

Well, benchrest shooters are lemmings in a good way. Folks make a component that wins and pretty soon everybody has one. Look at that equipment list again....

I'm not sayin' that you can't win the Super Shoot with a stock Savage. It just has to be THE stock Savage.
