2013 trigger Q

Hi all

I'm no expert in triggers or trigger terms, so please bear with me.

I have a Anschütz 2013, currently with a 2-stage trigger.

This is what i want to have:
A one stage trigger that simply releases halfway through my pull without resistance. Pretty much like I have it now, but without the tiny stop before my second stage.

Is that simply achieved by turning the "set screw" (#5 in the Anschutz manual) so the stop disappears? Or could it be some malfunctions that way?

Kind regards

Huh...knowone is answering....play with it. I don't have a 2013 trigger, but do have a jewel. totally different I'm sure. but they do have 3 screws that are the same. Sear engagment, travel screw, and trigger wt. so the other two are the ones likely take out the two stage.

When I first got my jewel I didnt like where it was set. I followed the instructions and still didn't like it. I just played with it some. I got the sear engagement set deep enough that it wouldn't misfire and set the trigger wt that I do have a bit of feel before it fires. Its about an oz! The lighter the pull wt the deeper the sear had to be ingaged to not misfire.

Hope that helps.

You could increase the first stage weight, decrease the 2nd stage wgt and add some overtravel.

2013 Trigger

Get the instruction sheet and turn the cam 1/2 of a turn,
and adjust for single stage trigger

This is for a 5018 series trigger
