Bill

Thanks for the info.

Now we need info on what we, over here, need to do to become part of the US team.

Hi,

As i said in my send email enquiries to president@wrabf.com or sercretary@wrabf.com but to answer your question in regards to the USA, the member group that is with the WRABF is your RBA & your contact person is Craig Young regarding US Teams & qualifying. I hope this & my Date/Venue post help to clarify some questions. Rules, Events & team numbers etc are up on www.wrabf.com in the rules section. More information on hotels etc is on Palmetto Gun Club site & we will post more on wrabf site in the coming weeks.

Feedback on this has been positive, especially the choice of Palmetto Gun Club USA as the venue. We will post more info as it comes to hand & I hope that we all work together to make this a succesfull World Championship as it can only help our sport to grow. Good luck to all shooters in their quest to qualify to represent their country.

Hi Bill - we are just getting into the initial rumblings of the europeans/ world cup so this is first for us. We are out there for 11 days, so might see some of the landscape this time round.

Now the World Championship is fixed I think all eyes will be on getting through the qualification process. I think all in the UK are looking at this now. Its going to be a long hard year. Carl

Carl,
Looks like Australia is the only country brave (or silly) enough to post the team selection results online for all to see. http://www.oz-rba.com/index_files/Page1139.htm

Our final rimfire selection match is at the end of July so the team will have almost a year to get their gear etc sorted out. And as was the case at the last world champs Australia will again have the best team uniforms at world championships.
