Poured another section of concrete today at the range for the addition of three more benches, gets me to 15 for the upcoming East Texas Championship in May and the NBRSA 600 yd match in June. Should get the roof on next week then build the benches. We'll see how it goes this year and if we get the support of the shooters I will add more next spring.

Thinks are progressing for the East Texas Championship and the NBRSA 600 yd Texas Championship. Moved my dozer to the range to rework the berm for the additional benches.

Made more progress last week. Got the blocks layed and the concrete bench tops poured for benches 13-15. Added more rock to the parking lot. Getting prices to oil the road and parking lot to keep the dust down. Hasn't rained here since last October.
Should be a great match. Competition will be tough. Temperature should be a little better then last August.

Looking good Mike.
And the Utopia 400 is Saturday. Hide the women and children. The Horde is about to descend. It is going to be a showdown for the first match of our set.
See you tomorrow.

Definitely one of the nicest ranges and best organized shoots in Texas. Should be a really good turnout for this one. Count me in!

Scott Deal wins Huntsville with a perfect score!

Saturday Scott Deal shot a clean board to start the match and then went on to calmly shoot four more to win the match with a perfect 1000 score. Congratulations Scott! It was a well deserved and decisive win for one of the nicest shooters around.
With the perfect score, Scott joined a fairly exclusive group know as the "Clean Club".
Way to Go Scott!:D:D:D
