2010 1000yd and 600yd SOY points

I see there are SOY point tallies posted for 2010 on the IBS website. How can that be possible when there are no SOY point rules for 600 or 1000 yards for 2010, somebody just making it up as they go along or are there SOY rules but it is a big secret? As a match director it's a little important to have this information.

Ya James, Things never seem to change unless people get upset and raise a fuss. I'm still waiting to see the rookie, Jr, Female SOY for 2009 600yd game. I have already seen the 1,000yd. Wonder if anyone will remember to track those awards this year and present them? Good luck on this year's SOY points rules.
