20 MOA rail for Stolle Panda

Who make a 'tapered scope rail' or 'tapered rings' that would give me a 20MOA taper for long distance shooting using a 'Stolle Panda' action?

This obviously needs to fit the Davidson / Kelbly type of rail.

Just so that I get this right.
I know that Kelblys make a Panda action with a built is 20MOA scope rail from new.
I have an existing Panda action with no tapered rail that I wanted to make up to 20MOA. Do Kelblys make tapered rings or an attached tapered rail that would create this 20MOA?

Yes kelbly's have a 20 minute rail to go on a Panda. They will also have 20 minute rings when I get done cutting the dovetail for them. Don
 
Ive ordered my 20moa base and it has already turned up. Jeeze it didnt take long from when I ordered it to when it arrived in Australia.

So when are your 20MOA scope ring likely to be available, will they only be sold through Kelblys or can we but dircet from you and any idea of the price.
