20 MOA Picatinny in mail.

Now that it is on the way how do I get the retical back on POI at 100 yds. after it is installed. Will I still be on the target? I think it will be high and have to adjust the POI down, but if I am too high and not on the paper how much should I adjust with 1/4 MOA adjustments? Always had a flat rail in the past.

PS: My scope has 65 MOA of adjustment. Will this 20 MOA rail get my retical back in the center of adjustment of the scope at 100 yds.?

Now that it is on the way how do I get the retical back on POI at 100 yds.

Bore sight rifle at 50 yards, fire a shot. Move crosshairs (remember you need double the clicks ). Fire second shot. Bullet should go through same hole as first shot. Move target to 100 yards, fire a shot. Adjust as needed.

If you go up 20 moa with the rail and you want to go back down 20 moa with the scope then 1/4 x20 = 80 clicks.Huh-Maybe?
