20 Moa base and Optical center?

To keep the scope close to optical center when zeroing with a 20 Moa base, is there a way to figure the range you would want to zero? Considering the trajectory is going to cross the line of sight sooner and then crossing back under later.

Sure, run your ballistics through your ballistic program and have it print out in 50 yard increments using 1 MOA increments. You'll see where your particular rifle has 20 MOA drop and there you are.
