i cannot get a 20 gr. bullet to shoot better than 1". do the 25gr. bullets do a better job or stabilize better?

Coincidentally, that's about the weight of an empty 6mm jacket. I'd be willing to bet adding a lead core would fix that PPC right up.

I have had great luck with 25 grain 17 cal bullets that I've purchased from Todd Kindler. I use them in my 17 Rem, 17 MachIV and my little 17 Ackley Bee.
