Hello,

I am a "new" person here. I have been getting some help here some years ago. Now I am starting to shoot again. I am still using the same caliber as long time ago-6,5x55 and I have still a few hundreds of 147gr bullets from Mr. Greg Seigmund. sorry about my english. I live in Czech Republic. I would like to get more of those bullets. Will anybody help me to get some contact or tel. number to Greg? I use standard chamber ,so Berger bullets are seated too far out,so there would be too little grip in neck.. to use them instead of 147gr bullets which are of a bit different shape.I have heard he might still be making his bullets.. Thanks for any help..

Hi there,

I'm writing to You from sweden and I wonder what kind of shooting do You do?

Hi,

since we have had no benchrest shooting here a few years ago and I like long range shooting,I was doing kind of sniper shooting-competition,managed to win about four matches, two of those were the major ones.police snipers from several countries competing here in Czech-over one hundred competetitors-distances up to 500m and no sighting shots.I used Sako 75 action,Hard barrel and stock I personaly made. Than I sold the rifle.I am regreting now a bit:( and I decided to buy Hunting Blaser R93 Profesional stock. I wanted to have more universal rifle and lighter-usable for such a contest and hunting too an silhouette contests. Now I added semiweight barrel in the same caliber.I am not a policeman...some civilians-like up to 10% are allowed to join-it was fun. I found that those 147gr are good for hunting too..as Bergers were discovered too. Lapua Scenar or Sierra 142gr are much worse-probably thicker skin.
Regards,Petr
