11 degree chamfer in barell outlet on 52

Is the 11 degree chamfer on one side or 11 degree include both sides. I have a lathe. Trying to revive the jewel a little.
 
The angle is not all that important, as long as it is uniform around the circumference and has absolutely no burrs. Remember when cutting the crown to proceed from the inside out with a very sharp High Speed Steel tool.
 
Measured from the center to the outside edge, it's 11 degrees.
 
blades & picher: You hardly see a 52 at the range anymore, it's a novelty that everyone has to look at. Mine has been fairly good in the past but not great. I still like to shoot it and will continue with it.
I really appreciate the help you have given me, Thank You. I plan on setting this up the coming week and doing some testing the following week. Take my time. Sort of like the St Louis Cardinals. Only they have gone to sleep, I think.
