I am looking for info on stock selection for a HV 30br 100yd for score benchrest rifle. My question is are there features or design that should be looked at for score vs group? Are there any that should be avoided when shooting for score? I was looking at a Mcmillan edge benchrest but maybe that wouldnt be ideal?

Thanks

The McMillan edge HV is an excellent score stock - tracks great, great to work on when building the gun, and you can order them inletted and with the ports cut for your action.
I think it is fair to say that any stock suited for HV benchrest in group or score would work well for either discipline. It just comes down to what you like and want to spend or what your gunsmith likes or has in stock. I wish there were more to it than that, but if you go with a proven design it is all personal preference on what you want to look at and cozy up to when you are shooting.
Good luck!

To what has been mentioned

the Tom Meredith TM stocks are very nice also. High end....you can spend north of 1K with some of the nice carbon fiber stocks like a Leonard and several others.
