Is the same load likely to be the most accurate at 100 yards and 300 yards? I'm shooting a 6mm dasher.

According to Mike Ratigan he writes that if you shoot more than one yardage to work up a load for the longer distance. I always do my load development at 200 or even 300 if thats the farthest yardage of a givin match.
There is a reason for Ratigan's preference.
If you subscribe to the belief that "tuning" works by adjusting your barrel timing such that slower bullets lob into the target on a different trajectory than faster bullets then it becomes apparent that tuning for the longer range is important. Draw the two trajectories on a piece of paper to aid in visualization.

In my 6BR I shoot 80 Bergers at 100 and 108's at 300. The 80's group tighter for me at 100. The 108's are more wind resistant at 300.

i found in load development in my 243 [ i no longer have] groups at 100 that weren't acceptable .. but were at 300 very good

A friend who has a 100 yd. tunnel has experience with loads that were worked up there, and used in competition...at 600 yd. They worked, in some cases setting records. Of course he is just one guy, with a state of the art tunnel. What does he know? ;-)
He knows that they "shot dots" in the tunnel therefore they'd shoot well at 600.
