1 in 7.5" stabilization

Gentlemen;
Will a 1 in 7.5" barrel properly stabilize 105 grainers in a 6mm BR chamber? I was thinking about a 6 X 47 Lapua but my smith has a 6mm BR reamer already set up for the 105's. If I choose to go with a 6 X 47 down the road, I can always have this re-chambered or a new barrel. I would just like some thoughts on this chamber and bullet combo. for 600 yd. shooting; groundhog shoots and live varmints.
Thank you in advance,

You probably would get more experienced opinions on the 1000 yard forum ,but since you are here I think 1:7.5 might be a bit fast for a 105 grain bullet in 6mm. A 1:8 or 1:9 might be better. Too bad Henry Childs doesn't bless us with his knowledge any more.

Go to the site below and do some calculations on your own using the dimensions from your bullets. It's interesting. Running the MPM, Modified Point Mass, calculation page should tell you what you need to know.

Notice that the measurements to be entered is in calibers not inches.

It shouldn't be a problem. You probably wouldn't be able to tell the difference between a 7.5" and a 8" twist.

1 in 7.5 twist

Thanx fellows. It always helps to get a couple of experienced opinions.
