Do you have a grandchild, neighbor high school student? Ask them to help w/ all computer problems. Grease their palm a little and they will ask if you need any help every time you see them. Even better take em shooting now and then weather they help w/ computer or not, esp if they do.

Couple yrs ago I had two blabby women behind my bench. I should have TOLD em to take it somewhere else. I know that is not exactly tuner twisting but it sure as hxxl was distracting.

There was in the articles about the fancy cars that the author drove to matches.

I dont know the name but the technique is used by a lot of 22 benchrest shooters, quite successfully I might add.

My Unertl was kinda that way. It had something that was called lense seperation. Had it repaired and now works fine.

At any match there will be a couple shooters w/ guns for sale or know someone who is no longer shooting. That is about the best way to get started. Any gun for sale is also available to try on a couple targets, from my experience.

My 40x (CMP)dont seem to have that poblem. But I have not shot it in couple yrs. My wife has taken a liking to it. Ill have to take it out after the snow melts and give it a run. It will be about 4th in line when the range is ready.

It is a screw in-into the eye piece. I believe the package said it adds 8x. I will try to find the brochure that came w/ it. Seems like it was Bullseye something. I have it on the T36 w/ small dot. I dont notice ant distortion.

I use a Weaver T36 at 25 yrds w/ booster and it is NOT too much. Recently read a review of the Mueller 40x or so. Sounds like a great scope for the $$$.. Id look at one if I needed one.

I hope those 500 yd shooters shoot a lot-a lot more than I do. Id seriously question shooting at 200 yds. In this area if you have to shoot more than that something is wrong. Most of my hunting areas any shot over 125-150 is impossible-cant see target except perhaps on the power line.

Most shooters around here (USBR) use the Weaver 36 w/ small dot. The small dot can be held off that small o on your target. X ring im assuming that is. I even use the 8x booster. At 25 yrds it takes quite a bit to get mirage that bothers even w/ the boosted 36x. You can see, initially, a small...
