Joe Haller 2012

Joe lived his whole life in Sault Sainte Marie, MI--on the Canadian border. He spent several winters in Mission, TX until 2012 when tghe Lord said he'd rode in the wheel chair long enough--about 60 yrs as a result of an accident in Korea. Mrs Haller died while they were in Mission about 2007 or so.

We are diminished but Al has reached his goal and is in the presence of the Lord. Eye has not seen, ear has not heard what The Lord has ready for those that loved Him.... We cant be selfish. Blessings to his family.

Just go to amatch if you can find one. There are always a few guns for sale or someone knows of one. Maybe you can find one ready to shoot. One nice thing about 22 RFBR shooters-they will almost always let you shoot a for sale rifle. No pigs in a poke.

Got a Suhl stock about 10 yrs ago from one of those fellows that imported a bunch of Suhls-in Georgia as I recall--Williams I believe.

Not a benchrester, I bet.. A benchrester is one who shoots a rifle, a benchrest rifle, off(from a bench) at the range w/ special rests-front and rear to support the rifle. Rifle may well weigh 15+ POUNDS.

Why not select the smith and let him obtain the needed parts that HE will be expected to assemble?

Scope makers and users have in the past 40 or so years adopted the MSMD motto. Not to long ago a K4 or K6 was a wonderful scope. Now we need all the variables and goofy reticles as several noted. Just try to buy a 4 or 6 straight power scope. MSMD= monkey see, monkey do!!
