    Primer pockets

Yes I would finish the SS and then find the problem with the primers or cases that is causing bolt face erosion. If your car was leaking transmission fluid you would find the source of the problem and fix it rather than wreck your transmission?

Looking for a new bench box?

Regarding protecting the contents of a soft range bag... nothing much better than Crown Royal felt bags!!!!

    Primer pockets

My answer I would try other primer brands or make new cases rather than risk a top notch shooting rifle's $650 bolt. No guarantees that a new bolt will make the rifle shoot as well. $650 bolts are not on my list of benchrest consumables.

    Primer pockets

I have plenty of Federal 205Ms and find the current ones a bear to seat in the primer pockets with my K&M primer tool...I mean I have to use a lot of force to get them into the pockets. I switched back to BR4s and they seat with normal resistance and are easily felt when they hit the pocket...

Looking for a new bench box?

Soft bags are nice... you can get various internal capacities, and they are light to begin with so the majority of the weight is what you put in one. Downside is that without dividers they can knock your stuff around a bit if you are not careful. Still, I like soft bags.

    Fat 6mm bullets

N133 would not be a powder of choice for a 6BR imo. What are you shooting for powder and how much? N135, 8208, Norma 201 would be some to try, assuming you are shooting 65 to 68 grain bullets. With the fast twist are you shooting 90-105 gr bullets? If so Varget and other in that slower burning...

    Register NOW to vote!!

Maine has 4 electoral votes and is one of the few states that splits its vote. Four years ago DT won the second district and got 1 electoral vote. Wouldn't it be funny if he won again on that one vote. However I hope he trumps the two despots running on the democommie ticket.

    Fireform 6PPC/6Beggs

After he passed Butch Lambert helped his widow sell some BR things. I bought a select shilen that Shelly acquired from the maker. I still have the blank. It looks wonderful down the tube and for some reason can't bring myself to get it chambered??

    Going out of business

If the plug is so bad, why does the NRA still use it? Having scored a lot of targets I feel the plug results in fewer arguments brought about by the interpretations of where the reticle should be positioned on a shot.

Notice anything different about this Bat M Action Bolt?

Regarding the method BAT uses to set the firing pin fall...a screw to secure the pin in place with a second locking one, how prone is that to slippage and a change in FP fall length? Or is it bullet proof? Tks

    Creedmore Method

if two shooters tie... lets say each shooter shoots 4 Xs on each of their 5 targets, you go back to target one and look at each bullseye from 1 thru 5. The tie is broken by which shooter shooter dropped an X first. Lets say shooter one shoots Xs on bullseye 1 thru 4 and shooter 2 shoots Xs on...
