    Im looking at that as well. I have a couple of 1/4 and 1/3 hp motors here. The local farm supplies also deals and rebuilds electric motors not just farm supplies.

    How much torque do you think is needed for neck turning? Ive got a windshield wiper motor kicking around that turns approx 65 rpm with around 13.5 ft/lbs. I was thinking even if i used a pulley setup to get the rpm up to about 180 it might still have enough torque. Thanks

    I got ahold of him once by email and he replied wanting to know who I was and where i was from but he never replied again. Im wondering if he didnt think i was a serious enough shooter as i am only shooting local club matches.

    Thinking about picking up a Mitutoyo 0-1" 115-313 ball mic to measure neck thickness on my 30br brass. Would this be a good mic? Or should i go with something else where the ball mandrel height is adjustable ? I can get the mitutoyo or the Sinclair/starrett setup for approx the same price...

    Midway doesnt ship Brownells will with a 250$ export fee. There is a venue to get some custom bullets from the us but it doubles the cost by the time they get here. I was hoping their might be some canadian custom bullet makers around.

    Thanks. I would prefer some of yours buts its a little out of budget for now . Should i still try a hard jam with the bergers and around . 004 neck tension to start?

    How decent are the Berger 115fb in a 30br ? I will be shooting local club 100yd for score. I found a source for BiB bullets but its 510$ Canadian for 500 bullets. Im just not sure if thats in my budget for fun matches. The Bergers are 386 Canadian for 500. Thanks

    Atleast its not just me having the problem. Ive tried a couple of times in the last 3 months. I would like to get my hands on one of his .187 rimfire rods in 48 inchs long.

    Ivy rods dont seem to be available any more. They were going to be my first choice.

    I would continue using the Dewey if they didn't use that big handle . It doesn't need to be that big. Once I get a new rod I might try and remove the handle on my old Dewey and see how small I can turn it down.

    I dont want to modify the stock as it is original . I may bite the bullet and go to a different stock. Here is a picture showing the problem.

    Im already using there longest rod. My other problem is with these stocks the cheek area is higher than the bore so I dont think any rod is going to work without taking it out of the stock which I dont want to do. FBecigneul: I dont think Ivy rods are in business anymore as no one can get...
