    Oregon rimfire benchrest

Looks like 5-1/2hrs. Closer than Kali, and further than the Washington clubs on the other side of the mountains. Scott

    Oregon rimfire benchrest

Capital City R and P club Rochester, WA. 3hr drive.......IR50/50 3-gun. Same day double match once a month. The only other sanctioned (IR or ARA) clubs would be Diablo R&G Club (IR Factory and UL) in Concord, CA 8-1/2hrs and Modesto Rifle Club (ARA UL) in Modesto, CA 9-1/2hrs. Perhaps there...

    IR 50/50, The Primer

Slowshot, Where you will be shooting they will be two 3 card matches. As Tony has listed, Sporter, 10.5, 13.5 will be the order and they will not be shooting yards and meters for club matches, club tournaments. They shoot yards for both matches. You don't have to shoot both matches if it's too...

    IR 50/50 Sporters

I believe you are correct. Heck, don't think he made many of either comparatively speaking.

    IR 50/50 Sporters

Pat, If you have one, Leupold VX3 or VX3i 6.5-20 EFR makes a great scope with the correct recital. Weighs around 17.5oz, although weight really isn't an issue for you. Tim, I hear 'ya on the 2500 RBRP. That action has a very user friendly port. I most likely bought the last 2500XS that was new...

    IR 50/50 Sporters

IR rules 5.2 "rifle must have a detachable magazine capable of holding two round installed in the action", and yes, the rules specify 'round' instead of 'rounds'......Lol. I would expect a referee or MD (been/are both) to judge an insert in a magazine as a single shot adapter and not allow it...

    IR 50/50 Sporters

Hey Pat, it was a 581 and yes it had an IR Sporter stock on it. I bought the rifle used from Brian. Brian built the gun many years ago for another guy we shoot with (long before I came on the scene). That guy traded it back to Brian on a new, more modern setup. It had an old Mike Turner designed...

    IR 50/50 Sporters

There you go Pat. If the deal is right and Tony does in fact have the original stock, you could have a fun rifle to play with, with an extra barrel/stock and a nice trigger to boot. I only know of one (P94S) that I compete against, and it does shoot 250's on any given day. Brian Voelker owns it...

    RBA vs IR 50 50

+1 on the 6.5-20 EFR. One of my Sporters has one on it. The other a Leupold Mark 4 Tactical 4.5-14 that was custom shopped. Slowshot, you just got a good support post from Dennis up above. He's the top dog on the west coast for IR 3-gun. He has a very high ranking nationally. I don't know him...

    RBA vs IR 50 50

No restriction on scope power for heavy gun. 6.5X max on Sporter which allows some light variables to make weight. I see about 50/50 split on guys running fixed 6X and guys running taped variables. Referee checks scope before the match and tapes the power ring at 6.5X. The IR50/50 website has a...

    RBA vs IR 50 50

Sounds like you are all set, as long as the new Annie makes weight with glass and rings. We who shoot IR 3-gun will always be happy to help with new shooters joining our ranks. Most fun you can have shooting sanctioned RFBR! IMO Best of luck.......Scott

    RBA vs IR 50 50

The new schedule will start showing up soon on the IR50/50 website. I just checked, and as of now, there are no listings for 2024. Dennis D. in post #8 can probably message you Capital City R&P Club's IR schedule for 2024. I shoot a little bit of IR and I do not know of anyone that shoots 2...

Edgewood new 'Tracker' rear bag reviews

Well, 3 pages and 47 posts. About 5 or so posts that actually addressed the OP's original question. A perfect example of why a lot of shooters that have considerable knowledge and experience in the BR games that could help others, do not post on forums. Scott

Who did these modifications on a Leupold?

You guys are feeling the same pain as the few who still shoot IR50/50 Sporter and 3-Gun. Our weight limit is 7-1/2lb though! Scott

danyboy, I too, am interested in opinions from those that have tried the new bag. Hopefully we'll get some of those instead of more 'opinions' that have nothing to do with your question. Scott
