argentinian made MANUAL CARTRIDGE FEEDER is NBRSA APPROVED

An issue I see with this device (based on the YouTube video), is the fact that looks like it sits off the side of the rifle and possibly blocking the part of the view of your flags. You can shoot fast, but if you are not watching the flags... trouble is just a trigger pull away. I could see...

Greg Reed Wins the 3-Gun at the Eastern Regional at Holton

Greg Reed handled the switchy and gusty winds well to win the 3-Gun at Holton this past weekend. The match started Saturday with a take sheltor type thunderstorm, and we followed that with 20-25 mph winds. Then on Monday we had a 20 degree swing in temperatures (cold and brisk north winds)...

2011 IBS 100-200 yard Group Nationals to be Held at Holton, Michigan July 25-30

I just got an email from Bob, confirming that I will sponsor a left-hand flag rotation with Lowell Hottenstein. Lee ps. Lowell will be guiding the flag setting, anyone that wants to help (check with either of us).

Dominic Grunas Wins 2 gun at WWCCA. Wind, rain, sleet, and snow.

Way to go Dom ! All you needed was new equipment. Congratulations on your 2-Gun Win. I'm sure there will be more. Lee

    WWCCA NBRSA Group

Tim, how many shooters are there? Sunday's conditions look like they will be pretty rough. Good Luck, Lee ps. I've got a cold, and thought it would be best if I stay indoors this weekend.

    CNBC Exposes Remington trigger coverup

With regard to NBC's "fairness"... I seem to recall a "Slime Time Live" type TV presentation on late-model GM Pickup Trucks being unsafe on side collisions because the gasoline tank was designed outside of the frame. GM later found out and proved with video that NBC had placed an explosive on...

100 LV Jeff Gadios Steve Theye LeeHachigian :D I didn't shoot this afternoon..., wanted to watch the Michigan v. MSU game. I'll be back Sunday for the 200 yrd matches. Lee

It is B. S. To measure 30 Cal groups vs 6ppc in a group match

You can't compare the relationship of group shooting (precision) to score shooting (accuracy) between 30 cal and 6mm. Accuracy or the ability to hit the X is not the same as precision, i.e., the ability to repeat. Precision or group shooting has no effect with the caliber shot (it's the...

    Who Wins the Super Shoot????

I got to go with Lowell Hottenstein. He has shot great through some tough conditions at recent matches to win. If his gun stays in tune, he will be there challenging the field on Saturday! Lee An easier question to answer: "...yes it will rain during some part of the match" :D

What happened this weekend at Holton

I heard Joe Krupa won the 2-Gun. Someone that was there will need to confirm. If it's true, he has won the Holton President's Cup 4 times. Lee

    Super shoot

Goodgrouper (?), That's a very fine opinion. It supports my position and 400+ more that will show up at Kelblys, "...one less person to beat"! Lee :D ps. I'm sure you have some mighty fine flags. I'd love to shoot over them some day.

    Super shoot

Tink, YES, you are correct. In the last few years there has been a bench rotation with left hand flags. However, there is always been right-handers on the same bench rotation that would throw their flags up, ...again creating a cluster F_ _ _. My point to new shooters (right and left)...

    Super shoot

You left hand shooters... you don't need to bring flags to the Supershoot (at least not a whole set) . You will be on a bench rotation with flags most likely set for a right-hand shooters, (i.e., set from the left side to the middle of the lane). The only problem this presents for leftys is...

Need help to set up a 68 boattail bullet

My recommendation is to test your loads at 200 yards. You can easily tell which load is the best. Also, verify "that" load by shooting 3-5 five shot groups. Works for me. Lee :D

Tim Bassham Wins at WWCCA 200 yrd Score Match

One more thing.... I shot XBR 8202 at 30.9 grs. From what I could tell, it wasn't hot enough for the conditions (35-40 degrees). If I didn't pre-load, I would have taken it a tad hotter each match. Lee :D Disclaimer: The loads specified above shouldn't be duplicated, and are only...

Tim Bassham Wins at WWCCA 200 yrd Score Match

Since NBRSA Registered the Score Shooting, the participation at WWCCA's score matches have nearly doubled. Not sure if there is a relationship... It might be just the cold winter and the down economy motivating people to come out for a little fun and competition! Tim is wrong... the...

Tim Bassham Wins at WWCCA 200 yrd Score Match

Tim Bassham won the 200 yard NBRSA registered Score Match at WWCCA this morning. There were 18 competitors, only three stayed clean (all 6 ppc). The conditions were tricky, temps around 35 degrees. Great Shooting Tim! Tim Bassham, 250-8x Ron Robovitsky, 250-7x Walt Clinansmith, 250-5x...

First NBRSA Registered Score Match - World Record

From what I understand, there is no NBRSA records issued on a tryout year of a program (this is from a Director Halblom). Nevertheless, to shoot a 13x at 200 yards is outstanding in any event. Way to go Rich! Lee :D
