Congratulation Joe! You shot great in some of the toughest conditions at Holton in the past few years. Well deserved...! How tough... only 8 shooters in the afternoon were able to average less than an inch at 200 yards! We had 20-35 mph winds.

Conditions were fantastic (for Michigan) on Friday (practice) and for Saturday's 100 events. On Sunday the winds began to pickup to 20+ mph. Bob hung in there to pull out the win. There were several very large groups on the last target of the day. Too funny (...you had to be there) ! After...

Jerry, The very first group match that I shot in 1990, I had a screamer 0.090 in LV 100. I didn't finish in the top 3 in the agg. Last year at the Hog Roast I shoot an 0.068 in the first target in HV100, and I didn't finish in the top five in the agg. Like I said, "...it's a tough sport"...

Hi Joe, Hope all is well. Success in this sport is tough, no doubt about it. One thing my mentor asked me early on, "... do you want my guidance or everyone else's?" In other words, stick to one method and technique, and quit looking at what everyone else is doing. You "are" a good shooter...

Bob used his home field advantage to win the 2-Gun in cold windy conditions. How bad was it, 8 shooters didn't finish (they may have been wiser than the rest of us). Rumor has it that they got knocked down by the 30 mph gust, and after they stopped rolling they couldn't find their way back...

Tough Conditions! It looks like tough conditions in Phoenix! You normally don't see .60 and .70 shot at 100-yards, from some very good shooters. If one can stay under .30 agg, they are in the top 15 in the running 2-Gun. Wish I was there... I'd take the tough conditions for some warm...
