Larry Costa Flag Rotation at the Nationals

Larry, I hope you and your family are OK and the hurricane hasn't caused too much damage. Wishing you all the best for the clean up and recovery. I'm looking forward to seeing you again in a couple of months time........Ian

Please recommend a magnetic base for an Interapid 300 series dial indicator.

I have to disagree with the knock off chinese versions of the Noga indicator base being just as good, all the chinese ones I've come across don't lock up as well as the Noga one does. I really like the Noga, but bought the ones I've got from the US, they are a lot cheaper there than here in NZ...

    Benchrest handicap

You keep going on that the fees are too expensive and are stopping competitors getting involved so answer the question, What is the $$$ figure you would pay or think is acceptable to shoot Registered Benchrest matches. You have given enough negative opinions about what is too expensive but you...

    Benchrest handicap

As people have said the entry fee is a lot less than the cost of participating at a match, fuel, bullets powder, primers, barrel etc. If the entry fee is what is stopping you then as some have said perhaps you should look for a cheaper sport.............I've seen mountain bikes that cost more...

    We Haven't Had A Good Car Thread In A While...........My '67 Chevelle

Cleveland stuff is pretty plentiful here in NZ, I've had a set of 2v aussie CC heads sitting under the bench for 30 years just waiting for a motor. But I'll probably get a set of alloy heads if I go cleveland.

    We Haven't Had A Good Car Thread In A While...........My '67 Chevelle

Dick I'm not sure what a 944 is worth in the USA but here goes one for sale in NZ probably 109600m on the clock not 9600m http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/used-cars/porsche/auction-1260867867.htm How does that compare to prices in the USA? Ian

    We Haven't Had A Good Car Thread In A While...........My '67 Chevelle

I bought the car off my friend in Indiana and it came with a fully rebuilt 302W and C4, but I'm leaning toward a small block based on a 8.2" Dart block bored and stroked to 363, I just haven't decided if it'll wear Windsor heads or Cleveland heads for that "Boss" look. The C4 will be replaced...

    We Haven't Had A Good Car Thread In A While...........My '67 Chevelle

Dick that's a nice looking 944. Looking at all these cars makes me wish I had more spare time to spend on mine. Today I put some tyres on the rims I bought to see if they would fit without rubbing....;) looks good.

    Pacific tool and Guage?

I think Pablo was wanting to know specifically what items are considered to be ITAR items. Now I'm wondering are reamers and other firearm tooling ITAR items or just things like trigger guards, bottom metal, bolt handles, ie things that actually fit on a firearm considered ITAR items?
