I think the forum and the classifieds are two separate systems, and your passwords may not be the same. There's a user named "RFish" who joined the classifieds in Dec 2023; if that's you and you don't have your password for the classifieds, I guess you'll have to re-register for the classifieds.

Thanks for bringing that to my attention. It appears that the "Wanted" section has not been set-up. I've asked the technical support folks to look into that.

Over the past few months I’ve edited multiple posts on this thread to remove content that is “defamatory, ... likely to offend, contains adult or objectionable content” in that they are “lewd, libelous, profane, racist, and[/or] sexist.” Regrettably, those deletions don’t appear to have gotten...

It's my understanding that deleting a member does not delete the member's post(s). I just confirmed that understanding by deleting a member who had one post and hasn't been "seen" here in over 10 years, and his post is still shown.

Lester, as discussed with Jessica, the posts from today are now "live" and the "admin approval" issue should no longer be an issue. As for the "quite old" post, the issue was explained to Jessica; I think to her satisfaction. Please send me a PM if you'd like more details. :)

I agree about not wanting to lose some of those old posts. Fortunately, the software displays the following above the "Delete" button: "This will not remove any content this user has already created." Based on that, I assume previous posts will not be deleted — even spam-type posts. I guess...
