Oopps. Lead cores.

You would scratch your die first. A friend did this. He was not mechanically inclined. Missed the part about wiping your 6PPC brass off with a cloth. I use wash clothes. Wash them 3-4 times to be softer than new. Then apply die wax. Then wipe off again. His die and chambers were scratched.

Lead oxidation. Helps the lead and copper bond. I was told by a famous bullet maker. That after he started this, his bullets took off. He got that advise from another famous bullet maker. That's what I remember.... But, I took a bullet chucked it up. Used hack saw to cut it. Then it took 2 pairs...
