wycliff action

hey guys,
not sure if i spelled that correctly. a good friend of mine has one of these falling block actions partially built by a gunsmith that we both use. however his health has begun to fail and it does'nt look like he will be able to complete this project.we have searched n.e okla. trying to find a smith who would consider finishing this with no luck .is there any smiths here or do any of you know of any that would consider completing this?

I think it's spelled 'Wickliffe' but wouldn't bet my life on that. You might call Jim McCullough at 334-875-6443 and talk with him. He's very good on stuff like that.

Some good gunsmiths in NE Okieland. Most of them frequent the www.accuratereloading.com forum. Check the single shot forum and the gunsmithing forum. I will ask over there for you.

See if this link works. I went to the SS forum and a search revealed that one of the forum members does build rifles on the receivers and has parts and info.
