This past month, I was chambering and fitting a barrel for a friend in 6mmBR for 600 yard competition. The action was an MB BAT........Brand Spanking New! In the 16 years I have been fitting barrels, I had yet to "gall" one.............but I did with this new BAT :( I called Bruce and he said to send it out to him and they would run it thru their CNC. (It was only the first three threads). Well today I got the action back looking all pretty but no invoice in the box? I e-mailed Bruce and thanked him for saving my butt but asked where the invoice was?????????????? He said: "NO INVOICE!" WOW!!! That is what I call a great company. Totally my fault and he fixed it free of charge! I know that when I buy a new action, it will definitely be a BAT! Thank you again Bruce.

I shipped him an action a couple of months ago.....OLD model "M" RBRP. It was one of the early actions that was very snug....very close tolerances. This action is actually on a hunting gun, and when it gets even a little dirty it gets gummy and sticky and hard to cycle. Sent it off to them in hopes that they could do something with it. As soon as they got the action they called me to let me know it came in. We talked about the possibility of fluting the bolt since it had no fluting, and a few other options. they wern't going to do another run of 8.5" bolts for a while and I didn't want to wait..seasons -a-commin. He ran it through the CNC somethingorother and opened up the action a little to the newer specs. Got the action back.......same deal....no invoice. I called to inquire....NO CHARGE..NOT EVEN FOR THE FRIEGHT AND INSURANCE!!!!!

NUFF SAID!! ;) :D
