Who works on Air Rifles?

I have an EV2 that has a big air leak. I think it is the valve that closes off the air supply. I made a smallish attempt to take the air tank off the rifle but was unsuccessful. I did a Youtube search and saw a lad who had made up a clamping block and may even sell them but I simply want this rifle repaired so that I can sell it. Is there anyone in the Northeast who has the ability and parts to repair my rifle say in May. I guess I would also be willing to mail it off but would prefer to deal face to face.
