Who can make a rifles cannon barrel?

Any know of someone who could make a rifled cannon barrel stainless about 18"
 
Used to be a company called South Bend replicas that made cannon barrels. If you need something less than full scale then you're probably going to be better off to sleeve the barrel with something smaller like a .50 caliber or 20mm barrel. What diameter bore are you looking for?
 
What size are you looking for?? Might know someone, located close to me, That could do it. The steel would be 4140 material. Mark 989.385.0173
