weight question

I was wondering if one of you experienced gentlemen at making weight could tell me what 5" of LV contour barrel mite weigh, just trying to see if the new barrel will still make it. Dont ask why such the big difference in barrel length

simple rule

2 ounces per inch from muzzel end and 5 ounces per inch at chamber end will be close.

What would it be for a HV barrel ?
The reason I ask is, I have a 13.5 lb HV rifle and I'm thinking about a heavier scope.

HV barrel

2.5 ounces per inch at the muzzel and 5 ounces per inch at the breach end.
These are approximate, but will get you close unless you are trying for an exact length. There are exact formulas for this, but I never fell in love with a particular length.
