Wanting to build a 6.5

I am wanting to build a 264 caliber on my Remington long action standard bolt face. I have got it down to either a 6.5/284 or a 6.5x55 Swedish, as I want to be able to use Lapua brass. Couple of questions:

Will the 6.5/284 feed without altering the rails?
Will the 6.5 Swede require bolt face mods?
Also are there "smith's out there with 6.5 Swede reamers that fit Lapua brass and don't have the long military throat?

Yes, except for the bolt face, not sure about Lapua brass, if you use Winchester though, you don't have to worry. The 6.5-284 will give you close to 150fps more, but you have to push it hard, so if you can chamber and thread barrels yourself you are set, if you have to pay for the service 6.5x55 may be a better choice unless money is no object.
