Some Suggestions

You'd be safe to try:
8208...73 clicks on the Culver type measure
748...43 grains
H322...38.5gr

The above measurements would be a good place to start load development.

I've used the above data with the Berger 135 flat base target bullet (damn, they don't make them anymore) with excellent results for my Hunter load.

In my 30 x 47.5 I use 72 clicks of IMR8208 with a 10X 135, in some barrels I have also used Benchmark at the same setting. Be careful at this level pressure builds quick.

I started with about 41 grains of both powders I listed. I let the brass and the groups tell me when to stop. Both powders were near the maximum range when they shot the best. Over the past 10 years with Benchmark, I have used 41.5-45 grains of powder based upon performance and the barrels likes and dislikes. You will need to come up with what works for you. I also use a Harrells measure. Good luck
