This ain't right!!!

JD didn't mention this is our second snow this winter. I know it's never happened before down here in the last 64 years! "This ain't right!!!" is an understatement.
 
Nice weather here!!

Well in the last week we only got 15" of the white gold. I think it is just great, most are at work so I have the range pretty much to myself. I took the panda out today and had a little practice, nice day, 26 degree's and only about a 5 to 15 mph winds. :cool:

I lucked out cause I forgot the wind flags, but LUCKILY! I had a couple drifts out in front of me that had snow swirling off them, so it made a nice windicator!!;) when all was said and done I had a 5 group agg of .246". Not bad for all natural conditions, and a great way to spend the day, not to mention the beautiful weather, !!:D

I don't knows hows use southern boy's, can miss all the great days to get handy with your gun's. Sounds like ya finally got some good shootin weather, I'd quit whinen, get them rifles out, and have some REAL FUN!! )chill(;):D
 
This Ain't right

:)Just tell the women the white stuff is like sex, never know how many inches your going to get or how long it will last. Come up to northern New York and get the real stuff. Yours will go away in a few days.
 
One advantage of the boys and girls in Congress and the White House not being able to do too much is that they can't do too much (to us). DC has had more snow since December than we've had all "snow season" which starts at the first snow of the fall or winter and ends when it ends.

Wet heavy snow and large deciduous trees do not get along well at all.
 
Two Seasons

There should be only two seasons. One lasting from Dec 1st through Dec 31st. Call that one winter. From Jan 1st through Nov. 30 should be summer and the temperatures should reflect that!
 
Snow

Hello

We have had at least 22 inches on the gound for two and a half weeks, then it rained enough to melt it down to one foot, the is went to zero and froze hard enough that it supported me weighing in at 245 LBS. Yesterday we had another 4".

But we haven't missed a Friday night shoot yet! As we have a covered indoor .22 range where we shoot benchrest at 50 yards


But I am SICKof it too. Has Al Gore went back to work on this cold weather since he is long ago finished inventing the internet????

Funny they should have so much trouble with a little snow in DC with all the hot air being spewed forth.
