About throwing powder or using powder measures at the range. It's not the accuracy of the charge weight, long story short we all really need to read the wind better. This can help most of us. Remember though, this is like score shooting, there is no extra points for a perfect group, and a miss is a miss, a hit is a hit.

Paul, about a year and a half ago I was all excited about weighing every charge, Even bought one of those Denver TP-153 Scales, and everything need to make it work at the range.

But, in the end, the aggravation factor set in, and I just said to heck with it. Had a great year, in both score and group, simply throwing charges the way I have always, and staying on top of the tune.

And, as you said, whatching the flags...........jackie

After I figgered out what was going on it turned out that my reaction time which is best measured with an old egg timer set at "we can drive nails with it" isn't quite up to snuff. Story of my life.
