Interesting! I've had this homemade set up on my lathe for years. Used a standard caliper that I took apart. Absolutely the balls for chambering jobs.

Just keep your hand on the big red button............If you keep the feed rate bumped down and your reaction time is good you'll be okay.:eek:

The only bright light at the moment is I know they have to build these things so the lowest common denominator can run them. I'm just a cut abouve that. I think.
