Very good news. Is there any means for RVs at the range? Or contact info on these two fellows?

The firing line is on the top of a ridge and you shoot uphill. Off that rise down in a small flat is room for more RV's. I can't remember if there are hookups in the flat. There is room for 8-10 campers on the top.
Someone may have better info.

PS don't "google" that is the damn guvmint!

I saw that also but never really trust the NBRSA site to be accurate. I use to shoot NBRSA sanctioned events at Roanoke back as far as the early 90's. Really enjoyed my times there. I notice they have them scheduled for two events but do not list them as a NBRSA sanctioned club. I try to schedule my shooting event year as early in the year as possible but always have problems getting accurate info. Not trying to flame anyone or start a forum war but accurate match schedule info helps people schedule their year especially if you shoot multi regions like I do.

Both Mike and Gil's phone number have been posted on the NBRSA web site:

As I remember, there were some lights and some water there for RVs closer to the firing line. Don't know if that still remains or not. If I remember, I'll call Mike tomorrow and find out.

Beautiful Place

I don't have any other information than I read on nbrsa I've never been to that range.
If you Google it they do have a site with contacts listed there

Tim , I think you'll love shooting there. I think there is room for about 12-14 campers,, more if not a lot of motor homes. I have shot there many times. Mike Jennings And Gil Gross are good guys. There used to be power and water available,, don't know now. Also you could get a hot shower @ clubhouse. I don't know what has changed. They still have some un-registered score shoots there.

Back in the 90's there was limited parking, electrics and water. I had a motorhome in those days but always borrowed a friend's camper when going to Roanoke because of limited room and turn around space. If I remember, there were a couple of water spigots that everyone put a dozen or so "T"s on. We were also told to go slow on the road in because the people living there were not friendly and looking for every excuse to complain.

FYI, I spoke to Mr. Gross, a very nice gentleman. He said they are upgrading some hookups to 30 amps for RVs. So there will be areas for campers, and if that area fills there is another lot close, but no hookups. I didn't ask about water, most can deal with that on their own. It's all a first come basis.
