single shot action review,,,in recent times

i swear one of the regulars posted a review of a single shot entry level action..and i cannot find it,,,hints names directions..???

an entry level bolt action, which was available as single or mag fed, one of the regulars here bought one and built a rifle on one...cannot remember the names envolved
